What we log
We don't ask you to create an account and we don't collect your name or email. When you use the tool, we log the link you pasted, the format you chose, the time of the request, the page language and whether the download worked. We don't store your IP address in this log.
Why we log it
To run the service, fix errors, prevent abuse and understand which platforms and formats people use most.
How long we keep it
Files prepared for download are deleted from our servers automatically within 15 minutes, and the request log is deleted after 90 days. Your IP address may be processed briefly to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse, without being stored.
Ads and cookies
The site shows ads from third-party partners who may use cookies to serve ads and measure their performance. Visitors from the EU and UK are asked for consent before personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time from "Privacy settings" at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You can ask what data is linked to a specific request, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date above.
